Form based Authentication
To prevent data leaks, security is crucial when sharing files. NirvaShare offers multiple authentication methods to ensure secure file sharing. In the document below, you will find the procedure for creating a login profile using basic Form-based authentication.
Shares
At this point, you can initiate file sharing using Form-based authentication from Linode Object Storage. The steps to create a folder share and configure a new share from storage are outlined in the document below. Be sure to select the login profile created in the previous section for the share configuration. This same login profile can be used for multiple shares, regardless of the number.
Verification
- Copy the Shareable link from the shares
- Open the link in a new browser tab. This will redirect you to the Form-based authentication page.
- Once authenticated, you will be able to access the shares assigned to the login profile.
- The link can then be emailed or shared with your users.
