When Login Profiles are created to use SSO with external identity providers, make sure you provide organizational details which are required for IDP integration.
Here are the steps.
- Login to Admin Console and click on Settings from the left menu and then on Organization Details.
- Click on Edit to make the changes.
- Set the organization details like the name, contact email address, phone number and location of the organization.
- This information will be used during SAML assertion while integrating with the external identity provider.
