Session Timeout
Browser session timeout can be set to both the Admin console and the User application. When users upload or download large files which may take more time depending on network speed, in those cases it is advisable to keep this timeout higher so to prevent any server errors occurring due to session timeout.
No Timeout indicates the session will be active till the server is up.
Here are the steps.
- Login to Admin Console and click on Settings from the left menu and then on Timeout.
- Click on Edit to make the changes.
