Shareable Link Configuration

NirvaShare allows multiple Shares to be created using different authentication mechanisms. The Shareable Link Configuration feature provides additional control over how shareable links are generated and accessed.

Follow these steps to configure Shareable Links:

  • Log in to the Admin Console.
  • From the left menu, click Settings, and then select Shareable Links.
  • Go to Shareable Link Configuration and click Edit to make changes.

Allow Shareable Link for Individual Shares

  • When enabled, each Share is assigned a unique shareable URL.
  • When disabled, Shares use the shareable link of the associated Login Profile. Multiple Shares assigned to the same Login Profile share the same URL.

Block Direct Access to Shareable Links from Login Profile

  • When enabled, direct access using the Login Profile shareable link is blocked.
  • Users can access Shares only through the individual Share links, if available.
