Form based Authentication (Group of Users)
Form-Based Authentication (Group of Users) is an authentication method that allows multiple users to access shared files and folders using their own assigned usernames and passwords. It is used to provide secure, user-specific access to shared content. When users open a share link, they are prompted to sign in with their assigned credentials. After successful authentication, they can access the shared content based on the configured permissions.
This document explains how to create a Form-Based Authentication (Group of Users) Login Profile, assign users, and configure secure access to shared files and folders.
