When Login Profiles are created to use SSO with external identity providers, make sure you provide organizational details which are required for IDP integration.
Here are the steps.
Login to Admin Console and click on Settings from the left menu and then on Organizational Detail.
Click on Edit to make the changes.
Provide the organizational details like name, contact email address, phone number and location of the organization.
This information will be used during SAML assertion while integrating with the external identity provider.
