Error Message : Instance License Limit Reached

Error message saying Instance license limit reached when accessing share URL or User Application.

Cause

Whenever SSL is configured with a new domain name for the user application, or when there is a change in the existing IP or domain name, this error may appear due to license caching.

Solution

  • Login to Admin Console and click on Settings from the left menu.
  • In the same Settings page, go to sub menu Cache.
  • Click on the button CLEAR. This will invalidate the cache related to old license information.

Note: Please upgrade NirvaShare to the latest version, as this issue was resolved in the 4.2 release.
