Digital Signature Certificate
The Digital Signature Certificate feature allows shared PDF documents to be digitally signed automatically when users access them. To use this feature, digital signing must also be enabled while creating or editing the Share.
Follow these steps:
- Log in to the Admin Console.
- From the left menu, click Settings, and then select Digital Signature.
- Click Edit to make changes.
- Configure the digital signature settings by providing the X.509 Certificate, Private Key, and TSA URL.
- Save the configuration.
The configured certificate details are used to digitally sign PDF documents when they are shared.
Note: This feature is applicable only when the Sign PDF option is enabled while creating or editing a Share.
